What about Fitness Investment? Fitness investment is almost as important as financial investment. Often not, with a healthier body, we are able to make better decisions in our life.

The condition of being physically fit and healthy. T
he quality of being suitable to fulfill a particular role or task.

At this age and time, in the modern and an ever-changing environment, we often focus most of our energy in making as much money as we could. Nothing wrong with that but usually at the expense of our health. We exchanged long hours of work, took up all the stress given and even make it personal. Most often than not, the majority of the illness were derived from stress. Invest more in fitness, will give us better return in mobility and health when we get older.

Many other major sickness can be avoided just by doing our routine annual body checks. The annual body check usually gives us an idea of our overall health as well as thing that we should change a little for s more fulfilling and healthier life.

Before at the age of 18, you could climb all the way to the 10th floor without feeling breathless and still have the energy to jump around. Now, 3 decades on, you can’t, which could be due to you getting older,  heavier and unfit.

To maximise the sleep benefits that you can reap, try to exercise vigorously for 30 minutes on most days, but not too close to bedtime.
